Refunds / Returns

However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you MUST WRITE US FIRST AT INFO@APERDIFIATO.CO.UK. Our team will listen to your reason for returns and will try to resolve your issues, if possible. If it is not possible, to resolve your issues or concerns, then our team will give you a return authorisation code and the most appropriate return address depending on your geographical location. Once you have received the return authorisation code from our team, and the right address to return items, then you can proceed with the refund.

Please note that shipping back items to our billing address or to our accounting address without the return authorisation code , and the right warehouse address, will invalidate the return process under our terms and conditions and you will loose not only the items but also the right to a refund. By purchasing items on our website you agree to these terms and conditions. 

Once items are received with the related return authorisation code at the right warehouse address provided, then you will be entitled to receive a refund.

You may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. For item(s) returned after this time we reserve the right to refuse the refund. 

Please note: Due to on-going Coronavirus/Covid-19 concerns we have have been advised by our logistics partners that all returns will be subject to 4 days quarantine once they arrive before they will be processed.

If you choose to return your item(s) , and you have followed procedures as per above, we aim to process your return within 10 working days of receipt, however, in exceptionally busy periods (such as during sales) this may take up to 15 working days. 

Exchanges

Due to the availability of products differing we do not offer exchange on any items.

Exclusions: EARRINGS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO HYGENE REASONS

Please note we cannot refund earrings due to hygiene reasons. This policy is strictly for the protection and health of our customers. Please read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We are not obliged to provide you a refund until we insure you have followed our procedures and we receive the product(s) back from you with the allocated return authorisation code and we receive the item at the most appropriate return address we provided you with. Please retain evidence (such as proof of postage) that you have sent the item(s) back to us. We strongly recommend that you send the products using a secure or trackable method - e.g. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.

If the item returned following the above procedure has been damaged, the refund will be rejected and your item(s) will be returned to you.

If your item is received intact and is approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

Undeliverable Items

If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.

Bundles / Promotions

Buy Get X Get Y

We may occasionally offer promotions where you can purchase Item(s) X you will get Item(s) Y for a reduced rate or free. 

If you return items in the promotion identified as X then item Y (if retained) will be charged at full price.

 

How to Return

Please return your item(s) using a recorded delivery service for your own insurance ensuring postage is paid to the indicated return address, depending on your location, this may be our London warehouse or our Italian warehouse. Your authorisation code for refund will advise you where to send. 

You will be solely responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. As such, we do not refund shipping fees for returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked service when returning goods to us and retaining your proof of postage.

Please be advised we DO NOT accept online returns back to our registered office or other associated locations. Our third-party Returns Department do not accept hand delivered returns and is strictly not open/accessible to the general public.
